Equity ETFs (+€2.9 bn) posted for August the highest net inflows of the European ETF industry.
The best selling Lipper global classification for August was Equity US (+€1.7 bn), followed by Bond USD (+€0.8 bn) and Equity Global (+€0.7 bn).
Vanguard was the best selling ETF promoter in Europe for August (+€0.8 bn), well ahead of Xtrackers (+€0.5 bn) and SPDR (+€0.5 bn).
The ten best selling funds gathered total net inflows of €3.1 bn for August.
The best selling ETF for August, Vanguard S&P 500 UCITS ETF USD, accounted for net inflows of €0.6 bn or 25.33% of the overall net inflows
